摘    要:感官印象是旅游体验的重要影响因素,创造与众不同的感官印象是旅游目的地打造竞争优势的重要途径之一。基于游客的游记数据,分析得到游客对环巢湖旅游目的地的感官印象,识别目的地的感官体验供给状况。结果表明:环巢湖旅游目的地感官印象存在视觉印象差异化不明显、听觉印象缺乏区域特色、嗅觉体验来源单一、触觉感官刺激的利用不充分和味觉印象表现不佳等问题。需要运用营造感官景观、保护感官景观、丰富旅游活动类型和运用感官营销工具等策略推进环巢湖旅游目的地可持续发展。

Abstract:Sensory impression is an important factor affecting tourism experience, and creating unique sensory impression is one of the important ways for tourist destinations to gain competitive advantages. Based on the travelogues of tourists, this paper analyzes the sensory impression of tourists on the tourist destinations around Chaohu Lake and identifies the provision of sensory experience in these destinations. The results show that there exist some problems in the tourist destinations around Chaohu Lake, such as homogeneity of visual impression, lack of regional characteristics of auditory impression, monotony of olfactory experience, inadequate stimulation of tactile sensation, and poor performance of taste impression. In order to promote the sustainable development of the tourist destinations around Chaohu Lake, it is suggested to build and protect sensory landscapes, enrich tourism activities, and use sensory marketing tools.
