冬枣果实膨大期追施尿素对叶片氮代谢的影响

摘    要:研究了冬枣果实膨大期追施尿素后叶片氮代谢指标的变化。结果表明,随着施氮量的增加,叶片叶绿素和蛋白质含量均呈上升趋势,以400 g高氮追施最高,施氮量的增加对氨基酸的影响较小。叶片是硝酸盐还原的主要部位,NR活性显著高于根系,是根系的10倍左右,尿素施用量与NR活性无显著相关性,以100 g低氮处理NR活性较高,追施尿素可维持叶片较高的NR活性。

Abstract:Experiment was conducted to study the changes of leaf nitrogen metabolism after fertilization during the fruit swelling of winter Jujube.The result showed that chlorophyll and protein contents were increased with the increasing of fertilization and reached highest by higher nitrogen treatment of 400g urea,the changes of amino acid was not significantly changed which take little effect with the increasing of fertilization.It was also indicated that leaf was the main organ which assimilated NO3-and NR activity in leaf was ten-time higher than root.The treatment of fertilization have no significant correlation with the activity of NR and the level of 100g low nitrogen showed higher NR activity.Urea can keep higher NR activity compared with CK.
