| 摘 要： | 用EDTA滴定法和KMnO4滴定法测定饲料中的钙含量,并进行结果比较,结果表明:两种方法的精度都非常高,变异系数都低于1.95%,EDTA法回收率为99.43-99.99%,KMnO4法回收率为99.23-99.98%。因此EDTA法可用于饲料生产过程中钙含量的测定。

Comparison of two methods for Calcium determination in feeds |

| Abstract: | Two methods have been compared for determination of Calcium in various feeds,which were KMnO4 and EDTA titration analysis.The result illustrated that the standard deviations of two methods were all below 1.95% and that the recovery rates were 99.43-99.99% and 99.23-99.98% respectively for EDTA and KMnO4 titration analysis.The experiment proved that the EDTA titration analysis,the fast method of determination of Calcium,can be used in most of feeds. |
