| Abstract: | The author introduced China's long history of enclosure of the hillside for forest cultivation system and present situation of engineering hill-closure.It is showed that the reformation of system happens not only in theoretical level,but also in the methodology of forest management.It is proved that this reformation has most important significance in the improvement and construction of China's ecological environment. |
