| 摘 要： | 在对大学生价值观念、心理状态、生活环境、就业方式等思想政治工作中出现的新变化进行分析的基础上，对加强大学生思想政治教育工作进行了探索，从树立以人为本、科学人才观的角度，提出了加强大学生的思想政治教育的新思路。
