摘    要:从国内外关于草坪草组织器官对干旱胁迫的形态响应、生理生化响应等方面的调控研究进行综述,从宏观水平上阐明草坪草抗旱的一些形态变化和物质基础及其生理功能,并针对该方面的研究现状,提出通过基因工程等手段进行抗旱基因重组,是将来提高草坪草的抗旱性、创造草坪草抗旱新品种的一个新的研究发展方向。

Abstract:The morphology and physiological adjustment of turf-grass organs to drought stress was stated in this paper.The substantial basis and physiological function of turf-grass'drought resistance was elucidated from molecule level.It is the main orientation to improve drought resistance of turf-grass and breed new cultivars with drought resistance ability through trans-gene method.
