| 摘 要： | 水稻毯状苗浅栽机采用非圆行星轮系控制的独立封闭式分插机构、凸轮顶杆构成的脱秧工作部件和锲形秧爪，实现了秧爪在作业过程中要求的轨迹，达到了浅栽作业所要求的推秧速度，调整了秧苗的姿态，提高了立苗率。

| Abstract: | A rice shallow transplanting machine controlled by a elliptical gears m echanism is a new type of transplanter and suitable for carpet seedlings. In thi s article we introduced the parameters and specifications of the machine, analyz ed its shallow transplanting principle, and forecasted its feasible applications . The transplant arm is composed of elliptical gears, cams and poles, which real ized the required tracking and the operating speed, modified the seedling postur e, and improved seedlings standing-rate. |
