摘    要:本文研究了60CO射线处理菘蓝种子的剂量效应。结果表明,菘蓝种子的出苗率、幼苗生长、开花和可育株率、单株结籽量等,皆随辐照剂量的增加而减少,适宜的菘蓝诱变剂量应为900~1200GY。

Abstract:The effect of ~(60)Co γ-irradiation on seeds of Isatis indgotica Fort was studied to estimate the adequate mutagenic dose.The results show that the germination rate,the growth uigor of seedling,the flowering plant percentage,seed_setting plant nate and seed weight per plant decreased with the increase of irradiation dose.The suitable mutagenic dose for seeds of Isatis indgotica Fort is from 900Gy to 1200Gy.
