油菜器官间干物质分配动态的定量模拟

摘    要:在大量试验资料的分析与处理的基础上,建立了油菜一生中各器官干物质分配指数随生育进程连续变化的动态模型.并以收获指数作为遗传参数调节不同品种器官的干物质分配比例,预测不同品种、不同密度、不同施肥、不同播期下各器官的干物质积累动态变化.模型的检验结果表明,模拟值与观察值之间具有较高的符合度,平均相对误差较小.

Abstract:Rapeseed dynamics model of each individual organ partitioning indices with development process was established on the basis of a great amount of experimental data, in which these indices were regulated by the harvest index as genetic parameter. Dry matter accumulation trends of the each individual organ were predicted under the different condition such as varieties, densities, fertilizer applications and sowing dates. And the dynamics model with different experiment data has further been validated to show a high degree of fitness in case of prediction and observation with the less average relative errors.
