摘    要:试验选用8个特色高淀粉马铃薯和当地的云薯201、米拉为试验材料,于2007—2008年在宣威市通过同纬度2个不同海拔(2 000 m和2 600 m)试点进行试验。研究表明:①淀粉含量、淀粉产量均表现为高海拔东山点极显著高于低海拔板桥点,可以认为在云南立体气候条件下,同纬度地区淀粉含量随海拔升高而增加;②马铃薯淀粉含量品种间的差异大于地点间的差异;③初步认为:S03-2619、S03-2611品系在东山点和板桥点不仅淀粉含量相对较高,而且其淀粉产量也较高,具有广泛适应性,这2个品系可以考虑作为该地区的淀粉加工品种,并且由于这2个品系皮色和肉色均为彩色,也可以做为特色品系开发利用。

Abstract:Eight feature high starch potatoes,location cultivars yunshu201 and Mira were used as tested materials.The study was conducted in Xuanwei county at the same latitude with two different altitude locations(2 000 m and 2 600 m)in 2007 and 2008.The main results were as followed:① Both starch content and starch yield were higher in High-altitude dongshan than low-altitude banqiao;In other words,starch content increased as altitude went up under tridimensional climate conditions at the same latitude in Yunnan;②The differences of starch content among cultivars were greater than that between regions;③The preliminary view was that the strains of S03-2619 and S03-2611 had not only high starch content but also high starch yield,which showed broad adaptability.They were considered as varieties of starch processing in the region.In addition,with the colours of peel and plalp of the two strains,they could be exploited and used as characteristic strains.
