摘    要:在陕西等地二年调查研究中发现了17株自然寄生白粉菌的白粉寄生孢(Ampelomyces quisqualis,AQ)菌株,于室内对部分菌株分离物培养特征进行了观察和测定,不同分离菌株特性差异显著,可能属于不同类群,在温室中用白粉寄生孢不同菌株分生孢子悬浮液接种黄瓜白粉病菌(Sphaerotheca fuliginea)结果表明,在选择压较大时,其均能显著寄生黄瓜白粉,但未能有效控制其扩展。

Abstract:Seventeen Ampelomyces quisqualis isolates, naturally parasited on Erysiphaceae, were found during the investigation in Shaanxi and other provinces in the past two years. The cultural characters of some isolates were observed and determined in Laboratory. Characters of different isolates were diffrent significantly so they may belong to different species. A.quisqualis conidia suspension of different isolates applied on diseased cucumber leaves which inoculated with Sphaerotheca fuliginea. Experiment results showed that the isolates could not effectively control the spread of disease though they could parasite abundanly under high stress in greenhouse.
