含分子筛的PP纤维的吸湿性和染色性的研究

摘    要:将超细分子筛与纯PP切片共混后熔融纺丝,经过后拉伸及松弛热定型就可制得含分子筛的PP纤维.当纤维中分子筛的含量为1%、分散剂为2%时与PP切片共混后熔融纺丝,可明显改善纤维的染色性,上染率可达58.8%.对其吸湿和染色机理作了初步探讨.

Abstract:This kind of PP fiber can be prepared by blend spinning of pure PP chips and ultrafine zeolite. The fibers are post drawn and then heated treatment in relaxation. Comparing to the pure PP fiber, the dyeing property of fiber which contained 1% zeolite and 2% dispersive agent can be largely improved, and the dye-uptakeis up to 58.8%. The mechanism of the moisture absorption and dyeing property were preliminarily discussed.
