| 摘 要： | 茶产业是日照市农业的支柱产业之一,采用SWOT分析法,对日照市茶产业的优势、劣势、面临的发展机遇和威胁进行分析,探索其未来的发展战略,认为SO战略和WO战略是日照市茶产业应采用的战略,具体包括"走出去"战略、庄园化战略和品牌化战略。

| Abstract: | The tea industry is one of the pillar industries of agriculture in Rizhao.SWOT method was used to analyze the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of tea industry in Rizhao.The results showed that SO and WO strategies,including the going-out strategy,the manor strategy and the brand strategy,should be adopted. |
