| 摘 要： | 集体竹林认证是我国南方集体林区积极应对森林认证挑战、提高竹产品国际竞争力、扩大竹产品出口市场份额、拓展竹业经济增长新领域的战略举措.文章总结了富阳市永昌镇集体竹林通过森林管理委员会(FSC)认证的实践经验,分析了集体竹林开展认证存在的问题,提出了推进集体竹林认证机制建立的对策.

| Abstract: | FSC certification of collective bamboo forest is the strategic measure that the southern collective forest region adopts to actively respond to the challenge posed by forest certification, improve the international competitiveness of bamboo products, expand the export market share of bamboo products and widen the field of bamboo-based economic growth. The paper summarized the practical experiences of Yongchang Township in Fuyang City in achieving FSC certification, analyzed existing problems arising in the certification, and came up with the countermeasures to build a mechanism for promoting the certification of collective bamboo forest. |
