| 摘 要： | 在对城镇化动力因素理论分析的基础上,选取了10个反映城镇化动力的指标,并采用主成分分析法对其进行了实证分析,结果表明,单位耕地农业机械总动力、第三产业产值比重、农民人均纯收入、乡村劳动力数、非国有部门就业率这几个因子对城镇化作用较大,从而可帮助有关部门在推进城镇化进程时把握主要方向。

| Abstract: | This paper has selected ten indexes which reflect the driving factors on urbanization and analyzed them by the PCA.The result shows that main factors are total power of agricultural machinery per hectare of cultivated land,the proportion of tertiary industry GDP,per capita net income of rural residents,number of rural laborer,employment rate in non-state-owned units.The study can help related department hold the principle direction. |
