刚竹毒蛾Bpp菌株白僵菌产品开发及其应用研究

摘    要:通过对3株白僵菌菌株规范化工艺技术生产菌粉产孢量比较研究,并运用生物测定的方法将3株白僵菌菌株产品对刚竹毒蛾进行室内和林间毒力测定。试验结果表明:经过各菌株产品质量和毒力比较,Bpp菌株菌剂质量最好,对刚竹毒蛾幼虫的死亡率达96 1%~100%,LT50为3 96d,是所供试菌株产品中死亡率最高、致死速度最快的菌株,可作为开发生产刚竹毒蛾白僵菌菌剂产品的目的菌株。Bpp菌株通过大规模生产和大面积防治应用,菌粉平均含孢量高达2 725×1010个·g-1,平均孢子发芽率达98 6%,平均防治效果达95%以上,取得了明显的经济、社会和生态效益。

Abstract:The experimental results showed that Bpp strain microbial inoculum quality was best with the comparison between different strain product qualities and toxicities,the Pantana phyllostachysae death rate reached 96.1%~100% with the microbial inoculum,LT(50) was 3.96 d,the microbial inoculum was the one with the highest killing rate and speed of all ones supplied for tests,and could be used as an ultima microbial inoculum of developing and producing B.bassiana microbial inoculum product killing P.phyllostachysae.Through the production,control and application of Bpp strain in a large scale,the average spore budding rate reached 98.6%,and the average control effect was over 95%.
