加工番茄可溶性固形物含量相关因素研究

摘    要:试验研究表明:在影响加工番茄可溶性固形物含量诸多因素中,品种间差异较大,立原8号、98—1和AS9080的可溶性固形物含量最高;氮素在正常施肥范围内,对番茄可溶性固形物含量影响不大;可溶性固形物含量与番茄果实成熟度成正相关,随着果实的成熟,可溶性固形物含量呈上升趋势,以转红后20d达到最大值;果实采摘后放置时间长短与可溶性固形物含量变化无明显规律,但以放置36~72h之间呈逐渐升高趋势;灌水对果实可溶性固形物的影响表现为:灌水后1d含量最低,5d后接近浇水前值。

Abstract:Research showed that it is very different of soluble solids between processing tomato species. Among the other factors, the effect of N fertilizer using quantity on soluble solids was little, the effect of ripe degree was notable that the soluble solids was up with the tomato color changing from white to red; it had closely relation to post harvest storage days, for example: in post harvest 20 days, the soluble solids content was up with prolonging storage days; After irrigating, it was down rapidly until 5th day late that the soluble solids content will be back and up to the level of irrigating ago.
