摘    要:为了探讨超级杂交稻不同部位枝梗结构和生理差异,采用石蜡切片法,研究了上部一次枝梗和下部二次枝梗的维管束特征.并分析了可溶性糖和蛋白质含量.结果表明.杂交水稻两优培九下部二次枝梗维管束与上部一次枝梗维管束相比,导管面积和韧皮部面积较小,导管、筛管和伴胞分化不够,单个导管、筛管和伴胞面积较小.无机物和有机物运输不畅,其成熟期可溶性糖含量较高也证明了这一点.这可能是其运转率低,弱势粒的结实率和充实度低的原因之一.

Abstract:Vascular bundles in lower secondary branches of hybrid rice Liangyoupeijiu devel oped poorer than those in upper primary branches.The conduit, sieve tube and ac company well in lower secondary branches are not cell differentiated,and the to tal areas of its conduit and phloem and single areas of conduit, sieve tube and accompany cell become smaller than those in upper primary branches. The content of soluble sugar of lower secondary branches is higher than that of upper primar y branches in mature period, the obstruction of carbohydrate and other materials transportation bigger, as is one of the reasons why setting percentage of inferior grains are lower than superior grains.
