摘    要:应用不同磁场强度的磁化水浸种研究了2种冬小麦品种种子萌发和幼苗生理代谢,并进行了2a田间栽培试验.结果表明,磁化水浸种可促进小麦种子萌发,提高小麦幼苗过氧化物同工酶活性、脯氨酸含量和生长势,增强小麦抗寒性和抗旱性.单位面积有效穗数和穗粒数增加.与对照相比,2a平均增产14.74%,增幅6.02%~24.36%.并且2种小麦品种所需的最佳磁场强度不同.

Abstract:Two types of winter wheat seeds were soaked in different strength magnetized water,the sprouting seed,physiological metablism and two years field test of the treated seeds were studied.The result showed that the germination of wheat seed,the activity of peroxidase isozyme,seeding growth force,Pro.relative content,cell permeability,cold resistance and drought resistance increased.Wheat valid spike and No.of grain per spike increased significantly,the average production in two years was 14.74%.(The range of increase production was 6.02%-24.36%)compared with the control.The optimum of magnetic field strength in the two wheat was different.
