直流电场正电极对油松种子萌发的影响

摘    要:用直流电场正电极处理油松种子后,其发芽率和活力指数明显提高。浸水种子分别为对照的111.61%和158.61%,干种子分别对照的120.21%和122.13%,对油松种子萌发过程有关生理生化指标的测定表明,直流电场处理可促进细胞膜修复,提高种子萌发阶段的生物氧化水平,加速新陈代谢,利于种子萌发和幼苗生长。

Abstract:The germination rate and vigor index of Pinus tabulaeformis Carr.seeds were obviously raised after treated by positive electrode of direct current field,which were 123.2% and 161.1% for soaken seeds,124.9% and 132.6% for dry seeds compared with contrast ones.Testing on physiological and biochemical index during seed germination process showed that cell membrane renovation was promoted; organisms oxidizing level was raised in the stage of seeds germination (which showed respiratory rate was enhanced; dehydrogenation enzyme vigor was went up; conversation of fat to sugar was speed up); and metabolism was accelerated under the treatment of positive electrode of direct current field.
