摘    要:室内毒力测定和田间药效试验证明,西维因对抗性棉蚜和棉铃虫有较好防效,其对棉铃虫的LD0为1.7502μg/头,较对照药剂甲胺磷、马拉硫磷和氯氰菊酯的毒力弱;对棉蚜的LD50为0.3094μg/头,较对照药剂的毒力强,田间防治棉蚜及在陕西、河北两地对棉铃虫的药效均在60%以上,同对照药剂的药效相当。

Abstract:The results of laboratory toxicity and field trial showed that carbaryl had better effect to resistant cotton aphid (Aphis gossypii) and cotton bollworm (Helicoverpa armigera).To cotton bollworm and cotton aphid,LD50 were 1.7502 g/insect and 0.3094 g/aphid respectively.Compared with control insecticides mathamiclophos,malathion and cypermethrin,toxicity of carbaryl to cotton bollworm was lower than those of control insecticides,but to cotton aphid,the result was opposite.The field effects of carbaryl were more than 60 percent to cotton aphid and cotton bollworm in Shaanxi and Hebei,which indicated that it had the sam effect with control insecticides.LC50 of carbaryl to diamond moth Plutella xylostella (the species of Shenzhen) was 465.0573 mg/L,being larger than those of control insecticides.Field effect were more than 82.7 percent to Pieris rapae from one to seven day,no significant difference with those of control inseticides.
