钾对夏谷灌浆过程中蛋白质周转的影响

摘    要:研究了开花前叶喷KHCO3(20mg/kg)对夏谷灌浆过程中蛋白质周转的。结果表明,钾处理能提高籽粒产量,增加籽粒总蛋白质,可溶性蛋白质和游离氨基酸的含量。钾对灌浆过程中籽粒蛋白质积累的影响与旗叶的氮素周转紧密相关。旗叶中蛋白水解酶活性在灌浆初期低于对照,后期高于对照。

Abstract:The effect of potassium on protein transport in millet (Setaria italica Beauv.) was studied during grain filling.The results showed that spraying of 20 mg/kg KHCO3 before flowering increased the grain yield and the content of total protein,soluble protein and free amino acid in grains.The regulation of potassium on protein transport in flag leaves is closely related to the protein accumulation of grains.The proteinase activity in flag leaves was lower than that of control at the early stage of grain filling,but higher at later.
