花椒流胶病病原疫霉种的鉴定

摘    要:自花椒流胶病病组织中分离得到3个疫霉菌株,致病性测有明,3株疫霉对花椒致病性极强,对柑桔不致病。根据其形态特征和生物学特性,并与柑桔褐腐疫霉标准菌株菌丝可溶性蛋白电泳图谱比较,这3株花驻胶病病原疫霉为柑桔褐腐疫霉PhytophthoracitrophthoraLeonian。

Abstract:Three strains of genus Phytophthora isolated from diseased tissues of Chinese prickly ash gummosis,possess strong pathogenicity to Chinese prickly ash (variety:Dahongpao), but no pathogenicity to citrus (variety;Miju);based on its morphologic and biological characteristics,and compared with protein pattern of Phytophthora citrophthora typical strain,these three strsins were identified as Phytophthora citrophthora (Smithw &.Smith) Leonian.Chinese prickly ash(Zunthoxyum bungeanum Muxim)is a new host record of P.citrophthora.
