| 摘 要： | 加强乡、村文化设施建设,坚持以政府为主导,以乡(镇)为依托,以村为重点,以农户为对象,发展县、乡(镇),村文化设施和文化活动场所,构建农村公共文化服务网络,对推进社会主义新农村建设有着重要作用.本文阐述了构建乡村图书馆(室),满足农村群众精神文化需要,提高农民群众思想道德水平和科技文化素养的几种模式.
