基于引诱剂监测的柑橘园南瓜实蝇种群动态研究

摘    要:于2010年711月通过引诱剂诱捕对云南省永善县柑橘园中的实蝇种群动态进行了监测。结果表明:在柑橘园中以南瓜实蝇为优势种,监测到的3种实蝇的种群动态基本一致,种群数量高峰一般出现在811月通过引诱剂诱捕对云南省永善县柑橘园中的实蝇种群动态进行了监测。结果表明:在柑橘园中以南瓜实蝇为优势种,监测到的3种实蝇的种群动态基本一致,种群数量高峰一般出现在89月份;在供试的4种引诱剂中,以糖醋酒溶液对柑橘园实蝇的引诱效果最好,其次是果瑞特诱剂和水解蛋白诱剂,而甲基丁香酚的引诱效果不佳;糖醋酒溶液、水解蛋白诱剂、果瑞特诱剂诱捕到的实蝇的雌雄比分别为1∶1.02、1∶2.11、1∶4.68。

Abstract:From July to November of 2010, the author monitored the population dynamics of Bactrocera tau in citrus orchard of Yongshan county, Yunnan province through trapping by attractants. The results indicated that Bactrocera tau was the absolutely dominant species in eitrus orchard. The population dynamics of 3 fruit fly species monitored by 3 kinds of attractants had similar trend, and the peak of population density generally appeared in August or September. Among the tested 4 kinds of attractants, sugar - vinegar - wine solution had the best trapping effect on fruit flies in cimls orchard, followed by Guoruite attractant and hydrolyzed protein, while methyl eugenol had bad trapping effect. The female - male ratio of fruit flies trapped by sugar - vinegar - wine solu- tion, hydrolyzed protein and Guoruitc attractant was 1 : 1.02, 1 : 2.11, and 1:4.68 respectively.
