花卉基因工程育种研究进展

摘    要:花卉育种是花卉业发展的基础。不断成熟的基因工程技术解决了传统育种工作中不能突破的问题,其优点在于可有目的地改变花卉的某一性状而不影响其它性状,并缩短育种周期,为花卉的性状和品质改良提供了全新的思路和手段。近年来,花卉基因工程育种一直是花卉育种研究的热点。目前的花卉基因工程已在植物花期、花色、花型、株型等方面取得了重要进展。本文就近年来与花卉基因工程相关的研究与应用进行综述,同时简单评述了花卉基因工程育种研究中存在的问题并展望其应用前景。

Abstract:Ornamental plant breeding is foundation of the flower industry. Conventional breeding are the major program to develop new ornamental cultivars, by which most of new cultivars are produced. Recently molecular breeding has been paid more attentions and become the hot point of the fields in ornamental plant breeding, which will help the breeder to overcome the limitation of the conventional breeding. It become more easily to improve the specific flower traits by using the gene engineering techniques. In this paper, the authors have reviewed the progress on applifications and research and also elucidated briefly the problems and perspectives related to the flower genetic engineering.
