摘    要:设计了一种汽车防抱制动系统(ABS)微机测试系统,以工业控制计算机为主控单元,以Visum Basic为开发平台,采用虚拟技术,能实时检测、记录、显示和存储汽车防抱制动系统中各种传感器、执行器、电子控制单元(ECU)的数据及波形,通过对采集的数据进行分析、处理,能正确、迅速测试出ABS系统的制动状态、制动时间、滑移率、车轮加速度等性能参数。实车测试结果表明,能较好地反映被测防抱制动系统各项性能的实际情况。

Abstract:A microcomputer measuring system for anti-lock brake system has been presented, which uses an industrial control computer as central control unit and uses Visual Basic as software developing platform. It can in real time measure, record, display and store datum and waveform of anti-lock brake system of automobiles, such as, transducers, actuators and ECU etc. The system can analyze the sampling datum to get such main parameters of the ABS as the braking state, the braking time, the locking time, the wheel slip and the angular acceleration of the wheel. A series of anti-interference step in the hardware and software of the device effectively improve measuring accuracy and reliability of the device. The practical testing result objectively indicates the actual condition of the tested ABS.
