西洋参产量构成与同化产物的有效分配

摘    要:利用14 C示踪技术研究了不同参龄各主要生育期同化产物的运转动态及对产量的关系 ,揭示了不同生育期同化产物转化为能量、结构物质和贮藏性物质的相对消长规律。结果表明 :3年生西洋参不同生育期14 C 同化产物向根运输快于向果运输 ,根是西洋参最强的同化产物竞争库 ,果实次之 ;4年生西洋参各主要生育阶段同化产物在生长、呼吸及贮存间的分配比例不同 ,展叶期的同化产物 85 %以上用于后续生长的能量代谢和器官建造 ,收获期参根中 80 %的干物质来源于花期以后的同化产物

YIELD CONSTITUTE AND EFFECTIVE DISTRIBUTION OF ASSIMILATIVE PRODUCTS OF AMERICAN GINSENG
Abstract:By using 14 C tracer technique, residue trends of assimilative products, its contribution to final products and the relation with yield were determined in different ages and stages of American ginseng. Labelled by 14 C at different stages the rule of dynamic change was revealed when assimilative products were transformed to energy, structure and storage substance at different stages. The results showed that assimilative products were transported to the root more quickly than to the fruit, so the root was more intensive competitive sink for three|year|old American ginseng. Distribution ratio of assimilative products was different for four|year|old American ginseng at growing, breatheing and storing stage. 85% of assimilative products at developed blade stage was used for subsequent energy metabolism and construction of organs. 80% of dry substance in root came from assimilative products after bloom stage in gathering stage.
