| Abstract: | The past decades has seen widespread emergence of markets for forest environmental services. In this article, the history and the current progress of markets for forest environmental services are reviewed. The main markets such as watershed protection services,biodiversity protection services, carbon sequestration services and landscape services are introduced. And the main problems and development tendency in building the markets for forest environmental services are discussed. |
