摘    要:采用均匀设计法,固定微波-超声波条件(超声波250W,微波用温控),以乙醇为溶媒,以总黄酮含量为指标,考察了料液比、溶媒浓度、提取温度、提取时间对提取总黄酮的影响,并对红车轴草总黄酮提取工艺进行优化。结果发现,最佳提取工艺为乙醇浓度85%、提取温度80℃、提取时间70min、料液比1∶15。

Abstract:The uniform design method was used for studying the influence of solid -liquid ratio,solvent concentration, extraction temperature and time on the extraction of total flavonoids, under the condition of fix microwave-ultrasonic wave (the capacity of ultrasonic power being 250 W,microwave setting temperature control),and alcohol being dissolvent.
