四川山区动物日本血吸虫病流行病学研究

摘    要:对四川山区动物日本血吸虫病流行病学调查、分析和研究,揭示了各种动物在此病流行病学中的地位和作用。结果表明,病牛是此病流行的主要传染源,3~8岁的牛IPC较高。牛、人和狗的RTI分别是95.2%、4.6%和0.2%。牧区的马、羊、猪在血吸虫病流行病学上占有重要地位,野生动物如老鼠和非牧区的猪在此病流行病学上意义不大。以牛粪为主的野粪是此病流行的重要传播因素,动物之间以及与人之间的日本血吸虫病疫情呈显著的正相关(r>r0.01,P<0.01)。

Abstract:This paper reports on investigation, analysis and study on the epidemiology of Schistosomiasis japonica of mountainous area animals in Sichuan province. Epidemiology positions and functions about every kind of animals were revealed. The results show that the scllistosomiasis cattle were the main source of the infection. IPC ( Index of Potential Contamination ) of the cattle at the age of 3 to 8 years old was much higher. RTI ( Relative Transmission Index ) of cattle, human being and dogs were. 95.2%, 4.6% and 0,2% respectively. Horses, sheep and pigs in the pastural area occupied important positions on the epidemiology of Schistosomiasis japonica, and pigs in the non-pastural area and wild animals such as mice were not important. Feces on the pasture, the majority of which was excreted by cattle,were very important transmission factors. Epidemic situations of Schistosomiasis japonica among human being and animals were markedly positive correlation(r>r0.01, P<0.01).
