辽宁省农村人力资源质量评析

农村人力资源质量是制约辽宁省农村经济发展、农业效益提高的重要因素。农村人力资源质量是由构成人力资源的单个劳动力素质决定的,而农村劳动力的素质一般由身体素质、教育素质、科技素质、经营管理素质和思想素质等构成。该文从身体素质、文化素质、科技素质这3个指标综合考察辽宁省农村人力资源质量,对农村劳动力素质进行科学的评价,准确地把握辽宁省农村人力资源质量的整体情况及在全国的排位,力求有针对性地开发和利用农村人力资源,以此推动辽宁省农村经济的快速发展。

Assessment for the Quality of Human Resources in Rural Areas of Liaoning Province

The quality of human resources in rural areas has become a constraining to the development of rural economy in Liaoning Province and an important factor in improving efficiency. The quality of human resources in rural areas is decided by the key point of the individual labor force,while the rural quality of the workforce are normally consist of quality of physical,education,and technology,management ideological composition. This paper discuss on three factors of human resources：the physical fitness,quality of education,science and technology indicators of the quality in rural areas in Liaoning Province,conducts a scientific evaluation,in order to clarify the overall situation of human resources in rural areas in Liaoning Province,it targets for rural development and utilization of human resources so as to promote the rapid development of the rural economy.
