| 摘 要： | 文章分析了新邵县农机化的现状,结合新邵县相关扶持政策与机遇,提出了促进新邵农机化事业全面发展的建议:一是与时俱进,增加农机化工作硬性考核指标；二是优化改革,加强农机化体系与队伍建设；三是明确重点,促进全县农机化事业发展；四是积极创新,大力发展具有新邵特色的农机.

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the status quo of the Xinshao County Agricultural Mechanization Xinshao County,support policies and opportunities to put forward the proposal to promote the development of Shao agricultural undertakings:First,the times to increase the agricultural work hard assessment indicators.The second is to optimize the reform and strengthening of the agricultural system and team building.Clear focus to promote the cause of the county agricultural development.Fourth,positive innovation,to develop agricultural Xinshao characteristics. |
