| 摘 要： | 生态移民是把生态环境脆弱、不适宜人口居住地区的居民迁移到生产、生活条件较好的地区，是实现人口、资源、环境与经济协调可持续发展的重要措施。本文从对生态移民概念的界定入手，系统阐述了生态移民与内蒙古经济可持续发展的关系。揭示了内蒙古生态移民面临的困境及存在的问题，并结合内蒙古生态移民实施的实际情况，提出一系列对策思路。

| Abstract: | The ecology migration is migrating inhabitants who are residing in frail, ill suitable residing areas to the places where the production and living conditions are comparatively better. This thesis, from the definition of ecology migration, makes an analysis of the effect of ecology migration, and systematically elaborates the relations between the ecology migration and sustainable development of economy in Inner Mongolia autonomous region, and reveals the facing difficulties and the existing problems. Combining with the actual situation of implementing ecology migration in Inner Mongolian Autonomous Region, the thesis puts forward a series of thoughts and measures. |
