摘    要:目的]选择适合东北地区的硝化抑制剂品种。方法]采用埋带培养法研究4-氨基-1,2,4-三唑盐酸盐(ATC)对土壤硝化过程的抑制效果,并利用田间试验研究其对玉米生长的影响。结果]结果表明,ATC可抑制硝化作用的进行,其抑制效果随添加量增加而增加,抑制作用维持36d。ATC还可显著提高玉米产量和对氮肥的利用效率。结论]在我国东北地区,使用ATC作为硝化抑制剂能实现经济和环境的双赢。

Abstract:Objective] The study aimed to select a nitrification inhibitor which was suitable for the northeast China.Method] Buried bag incubation and field experiment were carried out to study the effects of nitrification inhibitor ATC on soil nitrification and maize growth,respectively.Result] The results showed that ATC could inhibit soil N nitrification within 36 days,and its inhibitory effect increased with the ATC rate.ATC also increased the maize production and N use efficiency.Conclusion] Application of ATC as nitrification inhibitor could achieve the win-win benefit of economy and environment in northeast China.
