遮阴对玉簪叶绿素含量和叶面积的影响

研究不同遮阴度对玉簪叶面积和叶绿素含量的影响。以邢台市区绿地的玉簪为研究对象,在全遮阴（20%～30%全光照）、半遮阴（50%～60%全光照）、不遮阴（全光照）3种不同遮阴度下,测定并分析其叶面积的大小、叶绿素a和叶绿素b的含量以及叶绿素a/b的值。结果表明,随着遮阴程度的增加,玉簪的叶面积增大,叶绿素a和叶绿素b均增加,但叶绿素b的增加率大于叶绿素a,叶绿素a/b的值变小。这表明玉簪具有强的耐阴性,适合于室内摆设和遮阴处的园林配置。

Effect of Shading on Leaf Area and Chlorophyll Contents of Hosta plantaginea

The effect of different shading levels on leaf area and chlorophyll contents of Hosta plantaginea were studied.Using urban greening of Hosta plantaginea as the research object,under three different shading levels with full shade（20% to 30% full sunlight）,semi-shade（50%to 60% full sunlight）and no shading（full sunlight）,the size of leaf area,the content of chlorophyll a and b,and chlorophyll a/b value were measured and analyzed.The results show that,with the degree of shading increasing,leaf area enlarges;the content of chlorophyll a and b increased,but the increase rate of chlorophyll b was larger than chlorophyll a;chlorophyll a/b value decreased.Hosta plantaginea were strongly able to endure shade,suitable for indoor furnishings and a large crown density garden configuration.
