摘    要:用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法分析了大豆种子和荚皮在发育过程中4种同工酶的变化。从开花后14天始至籽粒成熟,其超氧物歧化酶、醋酶、过氧化物酶和淀粉酶在荚皮中变化较小,多数酶带合成较早。随种子发育进程酶带逐渐增多,活性也随之增高,而酯酶在发育早期和中后期出现活性高峰且同工酶带数也多。

Abstract:Four isoenzymes in soybean seed and shell were analysed by polyacrilymade gel electrophoresis during pod development. From 14 days after flowering ( DAF ) to seed mature, the isozymic bands of superoxide dismutase (SOD), esterase ( ES ), peroxk'are (POD) and amylase ( AM ) in shell changed slightly and most of the bands were synthesysed in 14 DAF. In seed, the bands and activities of all the isoenzymes except for esterase increased with the development of seed.The esterase in seed had two activity peaks at early and middle developmental stages, and at these two stages the band number were larger than ofher stages.
