| 摘 要： | 中国农村的城镇化进程是从改革开放以后随着乡镇企业的异军突起而展开的.这种基于小城镇发展的城镇化道路须有明确的产业定位,围绕主导产业发挥地方产业集群效应,同时强化政府"服务"功能.而中西部地区城镇化建设应着力发展民营经济,立足于培育一批本地企业,培养一批农民企业家.同时,充分挖掘和利用自有资源,培养当地农民的创业精神.

| Abstract: | The Chinese urbanization started with the development of village and township enterprises after the reform and opening up.This kind of urbanization based on the small towns should have the definite industrial position,focus on the main industry to exert the industry cluster effect,and strengthen the service function of governments.The middle and western areas need to emphasize on developing nongovernmental enterprises,and cultivate the entrepreneurship.At the same time,they should try to get use of the resources,and bring up the spirit of career. |
