| Abstract: | Harmony and farmer were the subject and main body in new countryside construction.Therefore,mental harmony of farmers was the need of persisting in "giving fundamental consideration to the people's interests",promoting the overall,free,harmonious sustainable development of human.It was also the essence of rural harmony and the basis of rural social harmony.Farmers' well-being and fulfilling should be cultured through creating fair balanced benefit pattern and carrying on the psychological healthy education. |
