摘    要:目的]建立金花茶材叶中总黄酮含量的测定方法。方法]采用紫外分光光度法测定药材中总黄酮含量。结果]采用紫外分光光度法测定总黄酮含量时,在0.00864~0.06912mg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率=100.4%,RSD=0.0180。结论]所用方法简便、准确,可用于金花茶药材的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to establish the method for determining total flavonoids content in Camellia chrysantha(Hu)Tuyama.. Method] UV spectrophotometry was adopted to determine the content of total flavonoids. Result] The results showed that in the range of 0.008 64-0.069 12 mg/ml,linear relationship was good (r=0.999 9),the average recovery rate was 100.4%,RSD was 0.018 0. Conclusion]The method is simple and reliable,which could be used to control the quality of C. chrysantha.
