闽西马尾松实生种子园高产家系选择研究

摘    要:对闽西马尾松实生种子园143个选优家系子代测定林调查分析表明,家系间结实量存在极显著差异,经过多重极差检验分析,我们筛选出与对照漳平五一林场种子园种子有极显著差异以上的最优高产家系42个,进一步比较结果表明,既高产又速生的优良家系26个,其结实量平均遗传增益为40.41%,材积平均遗传增益为26.36%,这26个优良家系可供建下一代马尾松种子园的最好建园材料。

Abstract:143 progeny test stands of excellent families from seedling seed orchard of Pinus massoniana in western Fujian were investigated and analyzed.The result showed there was great significant difference between families in seed yield.Through multiple range analysis,42 most excellent families that have significant difference compared with the seed yield of seed orchard in Wuyi Forest Farm of Zhangping,were selected.By further comparison the results showed 26 excellent families were selected with high yield and rapid growth.These families had 40.41% average genetic gain in seed yield and 26.36% average genetic gain in volume.The 26 families could be the best materials for establishing next generation seed orchard of Pinus massoniana.
