| Abstract: | This paper describes the development trend of Internet and its application in the Agricultural Satellite Dispatching Command System.It indicates the characteristics of TCP/IP protocol,and illustrates the reason of low efficiency in channel transmission of satellite communication system.Solutions in the network layer and link layer are also presented in this paper. |
