| 摘 要： | 海岛棉半配生殖品系 v Sg( virescentlymarked semigamy line)能够高频率产生单倍体。利用 v Sg作母本可以有效地诱导产生单倍体。而在 v Sg与目标组合的杂交后代群体植株的发育早期快速、准确地鉴定出单倍体植株个体还存在一定的困难。本文提出了一种利用叶表皮单位面积中的气孔数目和分子标记相结合的早期、快速鉴定 v Sg诱导出的单倍体的方法

| Abstract: | The virescently marked semigamy line in sea island cotton has potential to produce high frequency of haploids and can be used as female parent to induce target haploids. It is difficult to identify the haploid individuals in the early developmental stage of the offspring population of the cross between vSg and the target hybridization crosses. An effective method is proposed to detect the haploids induced by vSg combining stomatal count with molecular marker identification. |
