| 摘 要： | 用甘蔗心叶愈伤组织和茎尖组织培养进行花叶病脱毒，供体发病率为１００％，而愈伤组织培养和茎尖培养后代的发病率分别为０和４．６％．本文还就分蘖数、有效茎数、株高、茎径和锤度等进行了剖析，并采用主成分分析法对群体进行综合评价，作为选种的理论依据．

| Abstract: | The methods of callus culture and apical culture were used for climinating sugarcane mosaic virus.The infected rate for donor was 100%, but subclones derivded from calli and apical culture were 0 and 46% respectivcly. Tilling number, millable stalk number, stalk length,stalk diameter and brix value were also analysed in this paper, and the population was evaluated by a means of main component analysis. It provided theoretical basis for selection. |
