摘    要:运用酶联免疫吸附法,对芒果畸形病组织中的脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇(DON)和玉米赤霉烯酮(ZEN)含量进行检测。结果显示:病组织中,DON含量达6296.77ng/mL,ZEN含量达278.80ng/mL;健康芒果组织中,二者含量分别为2327.27ng/mL和134.49ng/mL。说明高浓度毒素可能导致芒果植株叶芽大量畸形增生而不发育,花序畸形,花胚退化等症状。

Abstract:An ELISA method was used to detect DON(Deoxynivalenol) and ZEN(Zearalenone) in mango malformation tissue. The results showed that the contents of DON and ZEN were 6296.77 ng/mL and 278.80 ng/mL in malformed tissues respectively, while that in healthy tissues was 2327.27 ng/mL and 134.49 ng/mL accordingly. Under such heavy concentration of these two toxins, the leaf buds would turn hypertrophy and the inflorescence degenerated.
