| 摘 要： | 以１ｍｇ／ｋｇ体重的静松灵行肌肉注射，实验马的Ｐｏ２，Ｓａｔ·Ｏ２显著下降，ｐＨ显著升高，Ｐｃｏ２，Ｔ－ＣＯ２，ＡＢ，ＳＢ，Ｃ－Ｏ２，ＰＡ－ａＤＯ２等则没有显著变化。说明静松灵对马的血气、酸碱值有一定的影响。

| Abstract: | Eleven healthy adult horses were anesthetized with Jing-Song-Ling for meaturement of arterial blood gases and acid-bace valre. The results showed that Jing-sons-Ling caused a remarkable decrease in the Po_2, Sat. o_2 and a remarkable increase in the pH of the horses. The experiment proved that Jing-Song-Ling had some harmful effects to the respiratory funetion of horses. |
