过瘤胃葡萄糖对泌乳早期奶牛血液生化指标的影响

摘    要:选取高产荷斯坦奶牛24头,随机分为4组,每组各6头。Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组分别在基础日粮中每头每天添加200 g、300 g和400 g过瘤胃葡萄糖;Ⅳ组为对照组,饲喂基础日粮。饲喂期20 d。在饲喂前、饲喂后10 d和20 d检测试验奶牛血浆葡萄糖、β-羟丁酸、游离脂肪酸、尿素氮、总胆固醇和甘油三酯的水平。结果显示:与对照组比较,Ⅱ组血糖浓度极显著升高(P〈0.01);Ⅲ组血浆β-羟丁酸浓度显著升高(P〈0.05);游离脂肪酸、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、尿素氮变化均不显著(P〉0.05)。这些结果表明:添加300 g过瘤胃葡萄糖能提高血糖水平,改善奶牛的能量负平衡。

Abstract:Twenty-four high producing Holstein eows randomly divided into 4 groups,6 cows each group. Ⅰ , Ⅱ ,and Ⅲ groups were fed a basic diet added in turn bY 200 g,300 g and 400 g of Rumen Bypass Glucose per cow,respectively; Ⅳ group fed a basic diet was control group. Feeding period was 20 days for 4 groups. Level of plasma glueose,β-hydroxybutyrie acid, free fatty acid,blood urea nitrogen,total cholesterol and triglyceride of tested cows was measured before addition of fat-passed rumen,at day 10,20 after supplement of Rumen Bypass Glucose. Results showed that compared with control group, blood glucose concentration very significantly increased in Ⅱ group (P〈0.01); Plasma β-hydroxybutyric acid concentration significantly increased in Ⅲ group (P〈0.05);free fatty acids, triglyeerides, total cholesterol, and blood urea nitrogen did not change significantly (P〉0.05).These results suggested that 300 g Rumen Bypass Glucose can improve the negative energy balance during early lactation of dairy, cattle by increase of blood glucose.
