| 摘 要： | 用聚合酶苗反应（PCR），对36份养殖中国对虾，13份海水、虾池底泥、饵料生物及其它养殖环境中的甲壳动物进行了杆状病毒检测，共检出带毒虾23份，带毒海水1份。电子显微镜技术证实了检测的可靠性。

| Abstract: | 36 samples of cultiveted Chinese prawns, 13 samples of sea water, prawnpond mud,bait organisms and crustacean animals in other culture environments were detected for baculovirus by using polymerase chain reaction (PCR)technique. 23 samples of prawns and one sample of sea water were positive for baculovirus. The results were confirmed by EM technique. |
