长吻鮠消化系统的形态学与组织学观察

为了给鱼类的分类以及营养学养殖研究提供科学依据，采用光镜技术对长吻鮠的消化道和消化腺进行了观察．结果表明：长吻鮠消化道分化为明显的食道、胃和肠．食道黏膜为复层上皮，其中含有杯状细胞和味蕾；胃U形，黏膜表层为单层柱状上皮，贲门部和盲囊部上皮下有一厚层胃腺组织，肠黏膜也为单层柱状上皮，其中散布较多的杯状细胞，消化腺包括肝脏和胰腺、肝小叶分界不明显，肝细胞索明显，胰腺外分泌部由许多腺泡组成，内分泌部即胰岛分散存在于外分泌部之间。

Morphological and Histological Observations of Digestive System in Leiocassis longirostris

This paper is an attempt to probe into the histology of digestive tract esopinagus and digestive gland of Leiocassis longirostris with light microscope.The results show the digestive tract consists of clearly distinguishable oesophagus,stomach and intestine.The mucosa of oesophagus is multi-layered,formed by squamous,goblet and epithelial cells,and taste buds are present in the mucosa.The U-shaped stomach has a single-layered columnar epithehium,under which,in the mucosa of cardiac and fundic portion well developed gastric gland are present.The intestine epithelium consists of single-layered columnar cellswith mucus-secret cells too.The disgestive glands are composed of liver and pancreas.The liver lobule is not clear but its hepatic cell cords is obvious.The exocrine section of pancreas consists of many alveli and the endcrine section locates in the exocrine section.
