‘甜查理’草莓茎尖培养与快速繁殖研究

摘    要:对‘甜查理’草莓茎尖进行组织培养研究,建立其再生快繁体系。结果表明:(1)剥取的茎尖越大,萌发率越高;(2)暗培养3 d能够抑制褐化,提高萌发率;(3)增殖培养基:MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA0.10 mg/L,增殖系数为6.13;(4)生根培养基:1/2 MS,生根率为100%,移栽到消毒过的蛭石基质,成活率为95%。

Abstract:The system of rapid propagation had been established by stem tip of strawberry 'Sweet charlie'.The results showed that the best media or treatment for various stages were as follows:(1)The larger the stem tips,the higher the survival rate;(2)Darkness treatment for 3 d could inhibit browning rate and increase survival rate;(3)Proliferation medium: MS 6-BA 1.0 mg/L NAA 0.10 mg/L,in which the proliferation coefficient was 6.13;(4)Rooting medium: 1/2 MS,in which the rooting rate reached 100% and transplanted plants with root to substrate of vermiculite disinfected,the surviving rate was up to 95%.
